My name is Matthew, I am a 21 year
old TAFE student currently in my last Semester of my Diploma in
"ITGraphics", which consists of Web Design, Pre Press
Design, Databases & 3D Modelling.

All work situated on this web site was created by myself, with
the exception of some photographs which were used from Free Photograph
Sites, such as Stock.Xchng,
and tutorials which were found at Good-Tutorials.
The name "The Reload Effect" was a name I came up with
for a TAFE Assignment which required us to make up our own Company
Name. The name derived from myself wanting a name which meant
to refresh your company image, however i didn't like the name
refresh. When i thought of Refresh it reminded me of the Refresh
Button in Internet Explorer. I was using Netscape Navigator at
TAFE and realised that their Refresh Button was infact a Reload
Button. I liked the name "Reload" or "The Reload"
but it was still missing something. After some further thinking
of keywords that were recognisable with Web & Graphic Design,
Effect seemed to fit in perfectly, thus the final name "The
Reload Effect".
I have studied and successfully completed three TAFE Certificate
Courses, and am within weeks of completing my Diploma in
